What we collect

When you submit a booking request or inquiry, call, text or email Notable Notary LLC, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, location and a description of your document. The website also records basic technical information, such as the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and confirm appointments, travel to mobile appointments, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send appointment-related text messages such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Notary journal

Texas law requires a notary to keep a record of each notarial act, which can include the signer’s name, address and identification details. The journal is kept securely and disclosed only as the law requires.

Your documents

We do not copy or keep the documents you sign, other than what the notarial certificate and journal require.
