Notary services only
Notable Notary LLC provides notary public services. A notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice, prepare legal documents or accept fees for legal advice.
Right to refuse
A notarization may be declined if a signer cannot be identified, does not appear to understand the document, appears to be signing under pressure, or if the document is incomplete or the act is not permitted by law.
Fees
Notarial fees do not exceed the maximums set by Texas law. Travel, waiting time and special requests are quoted and agreed before the appointment.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A travel fee may apply when a mobile appointment is cancelled after the notary has set off or cannot proceed because a signer or ID is missing.
